Upcoming Login Changes — Starting September 5, 2026

Starting September 5, 2026, we're rolling out Single Sign-On (SSO) for enterprise accounts. If your organization participates in SSO and you're logged into your corporate network, you'll skip the login screen entirely. Everyone else will see a brief new login experience, designed to route you automatically to the right authentication portal.

Here's what to expect:

1. If your organization participates in SSO and you're logged into your corporate network — you'll no longer need to go through a separate login screen.
2. If your organization doesn't participate in SSO, or you're logged out of your corporate network — you'll complete a short 2-step login:
   a. Enter your organization email and select Continue. This step directs you to the correct authentication portal.
   b. You'll be taken to either your company's authentication screen (if it participates in SSO) or the Simplify'dAI authentication screen (if it doesn't). Enter your username, password, and MFA code to log in.
3. Once you're logged in, SSO also determines where you land. If you access app.hub.simplifydai.com, you'll go to the applications hub, where you can select the application you need. If you log in directly through a specific application's URL, you'll be taken straight to that application.
